Personal suggestion for accelerating the demise of theocracy in Iran:

Fly over the country dropping plane-loads of cigarettes, bourbon, and porn.

All:
- Vilified by the ayatollahs
- Craved by the general populace
- Comparatively low-cost (especially now bourbon, thank you tariffs cratering the export market)

Rather than trying to bomb people into submission, give them more than a taste of what their religious overlords are denying them
