@zammad_hq I assume that as a hosting customer, I would have to switch to the v2 tariffs to try out the AI, and then I wouldn't be able to switch back if I didn't want to use the AI after all? My experience with AI from other ticket systems has been rather mixed; the results are not always useful.

Totally fair question — and we hear you on mixed AI experiences.

About pricing: v2 is our current pricing model and reflects a long-overdue pricing update — we haven’t increased prices since day one of Zammad (over 9 years now), despite continuous improvements and upgrades ever since.

It's also important to note that Zammad AI is 100% optional. Even in v2, AI is only used if you explicitly enable it – and you can disable it at any time if it doesn't add value.

@zammad_hq Thank you. Since we are still quite new to Zammad, this is the first price increase in five months 😉 But it's good to hear that it doesn't happen that often. I'll think about it; it's not such a big increase after all.
