They don't want customers. Last year I migrated my mail away from them after being a customer for 20-something years. They migrated everyone into Microsoft's mail service. Now they are back paddling, but I bet it's too late.

Sad that they are doing this in other departments as well.

I'm happier now self hosting my mail, it's cheaper as well. (Yeah, my time is free...) And better that than being dependent on somebody pulling the rug and discontinuing your product.
