They give a diaspora perspective, but they acknowledges that rather than claiming they speak for everyone. Unlike many of the loud #monarchists who have Iran themed social media accounts.

These speakers also mention the range of their own mixed feelings, instead of cheerleading a side.

The host is more critical of #Israel and #USA whereas the guest is a bit more anti-Iranian regime, but they don't do it as a debate show for the sake of drama.

The guest is helping me understand some of the people who are pleased with recent events, but she is also critical of them, and points out that they can't entirely speak for the people who are there.

The thing I've been most angry about is #Albanese "warming" #ShiaMuslims in #Australia who are upset about Iran's leader being killed.

After the #ISIS attack in #Sydney nobody seems to acknowledge or care that ISIS have killed far more #Shia than Jews. At least people blaming Iran for the #BondiAttack are not being taken too seriously here, I hope?

But fight #Antisemitism alone is the wrong answer to an ISIS attack in the country that created the #ChristchurchTerrorist

With the #Iran conflict I have no idea what's going on, I've spent an unhealthy amount of time obsessing about two conflicting propaganda streams about #Gaza but it seems impossible to know what's going on in Iran,

The thing that most rings true so far is that Israel just want to destroy Iran, not save the people. Pointed out by the guest.

And the host pointed out that there's a lot of fake social posts.

The set that most warrants pointing out: #SocialMedia posts of threats of attacks by #Iran on Europe are fake!

The myth that #Hamas wanted to attack anywhere outside #Israel was crazy. #Ukraine saying #Russian threat to Europe is less dishonest, but it's the same theme.
