(Adnkronos) - “Il menù fisso ha il problema di fondo che crea disaffezione: il bambino subisce il pasto perché non ha la possibilità di scegliere. Si ritrova un primo, un secondo, un contorno che qualcun altro ha deciso. Questa disaffezione crea distanza". Lo ha detto Nicola Lamberti, Ceo di PlanEat, al convegno promosso da PlanEat 'Innovazione digitale e politiche pubbliche per la riduzione dello spreco alimentare nelle scuole' presso la sala Stampa della Camera dei Deputati. “C'è anche un altro problema legato alla quantità: in un contesto scolastico ci sono bisogni, abitudini e attività differenti che richiedono quantità diverse. Avere la possibilità di scegliere il pasto e la quantità è, secondo noi, il miglior strumento per lottare contro lo spreco alimentare a monte, evitando di produrre ciò che sarebbe certamente buttato.”

This disinterest creates distance.” Nicola Lamberti, CEO of PlanEat, said at the conference promoted by PlanEat ‘Digital innovation and public policies for the reduction of food waste in schools’ at the Press Room of the Chamber of Deputies. “There is also another problem related to quantity: in a school context there are different needs, habits and activities that require different quantities. Having the possibility to choose the meal and the quantity is, in our opinion, the best tool to fight food waste upstream, avoiding the production of what would certainly be thrown away.”
