2026-03-03: Granular repository watch settings

We’re happy to roll out a significant improvement related to platform interaction today: granular repository watch settings! So far, users could only “watch” a repo or unwatch it, i.e. receive notifications for all events or none. This is a subsequent downside for many, as often one only wants to get notified about new releases (and/or PRs) but not about any new issue.
