The exiled Iranian writer speaks to Repubblica and Stampa: “The issue isn’t just changing regimes, but the mentality of people. There’s the risk of civil war, but I also want to believe that there are many supporters of the regime who, freed from fear and convenience, know how to face reality and desert.”
