My #Teksavvy internet had an outage that started 24 hours ago. It was solved within 12 hours. But now my cable modem won't connect to the internet, despite all my cable swapping and magical incantions.

Someone will come tomorrow to troubleshoot. That's a looong outage for me. Anyone else in #Toronto experiencing this?

@deborahh Last time I had a major cable internet outage, it buggered up the modem, and it needed to be reset by poking it with a paper clip. Give that a shot, it can’t hurt at this point.
