We watched all of “One Battle After Another.” I’d watched the second half a couple of weeks ago to see whether it was worth recording. It’s good; Colleen Atwood did the costumes. I loved Pynchon’s Vineland, and I think the shift from militarized cannabis defoliation in Humboldt County to militarized attacks on immigration sanctuary is timely. Acting performances are all quite impressive and the action is funny. Yes there is a car chase with a Mustang and a Charger.
