It would be great if the Iranian people
had freedom and democracy next, but based on what we saw in Venezuela. Trump will probably make a deal with another regime dictator in mind who will let him sell the Iranian oil, and put the money in a private bank account in Qatar.

I doubt the dreams and aspirantions of the Iranian people are on his mind.

@danwentzel the chance of democracy arising instead of some other regime (if the current one doesn't just keep going) seems pretty low. Globally there's not a good track record on it and there's no way Trump actually cares.
