Anton Pussep@nickidesan In Europe we have relevant laws and regulations like GDPR and we can enforce rules on our companies. Which is why I prefer European products in my home rather than devices controlled by authoritarian regimes.
@alinuxexpert why would you stop at country borders? I'd rather have a robot that doesn't require the cloud at all - perhaps circumvent it with something like https://valetudo.cloud
@nickidesan I also think robot vacuum cleaners should be functional without cloud. Even there I'd opt for #MadeInEurope, because this strengthens our economy and because we have regulations that control the use of harmful materials.
