The whole "ADHD/Autism/etc. is my superpower" thing starts to sound a lot less cool and progressive once you notice how it's often just the internalised notion that "different" means sick and degenerate unless it can prove there's value to be extracted from it by capitalists.

Like, I'm sorry, but if all your "superpower" gets you is you being treated like a normal person and some billionaire making more money, that's not a superpower, that's resource extraction
