Rain record broken, more wild weather expected in Victoria

Thunderstorms and heavy rain are expected to continue across Victoria.

@thylacine

Meanwhile, we’ve had no rain in Melbourne. We were either going to get a deluge, a trickle or nothing. Definitely not getting a delude. (Shouldn’t say definitely, tempting fate.)

@Susan60 @thylacine

Still steady rain where I am in the #MacedonRanges.

My gardening chair. Yup, my back insists I mostly garden while sitting. 🤷‍♂️

@John @thylacine

My back has been much better lately, until a few days ago… Grrr.

@Susan60

Looking at the radar, you’ve got rain incoming.

@thylacine

It’s been around us so many times. We’ve had one really good lot of rain since Christmas. Have just had a nice shower, but would like more.

@thylacine well that’s what is predicted with a changing climate. People are whinging about the weather all over and have been for a while. We will have to get used to it. Extreme bushfires in summer, droughts and extreme flooding rains. All more extreme than what we had before.
