I'll never understand why ANYONE other than Jogn Tenniel is ever allowed to illustrate the works of Lewis Carroll!

When I was a child I found a reproduction copy of the original "Alice", full of Tenniel's illustrations, in my grandmother's upstairs closet. I still have it!
