When I was in group therapy I learned about “I’m OK” where a person in crisis finds someone they can text “I’m OK” to once a day and get the same message back. I started doing it with a pal. It was a huge help knowing someone cared everyday also wanting to tell them "I’m OK.” We did this until I didn’t need it.

Same pal is the one in crisis now. I asked if they wanted to I’m OK again - they said yeah. After the 1st I’m OK they were in tears w happiness and relief. Good stuff, wish us🤞
