@adhd_coffee I mean, I object because you're very much allowed to feel anger about any of those things, in addition to the things themselves, but even leaving that aside I really feel like "outrage at injustice" is just . . . anger. Like, that's what anger is for.
@adhd_coffee I don't think #ADHD can claim this as its own though - it definitely applies to #autism too. And I agree with other commenters' points that anger is valid and anger about these things is definitely valid. So anger can be... simply anger.
@adhd_coffee I really like the graphic. But I have the feeling someone is currently discovering emotional layering and their sequence. Through self-observation, you can learn to trace layered emotions all the way back to the initial feeling! It takes a lot of self-awareness and time, but it's fascinating! PS: Anger can also be an initial feeling, but often it's the result of shame or helplessness. Every human operates with chains of emotions. Not just those with #neurodiversity#autism or #adhd
