I've built a small web tool to generate #GeoJSON from #OpenStreetMap public transport route relations.

Supports bus, tram, train, subway, light rail, trolleybus, monorail, ferry and funicular.

Note: no built-in search yet, you'll need to find the relation ID/URL elsewhere (e.g. OSM or #Overpass).

Example route relation ID: 2722103 (Bristol airport bus).
