I watched a #webinar today where the speaker was all performance. BIG ENERGY. BIGGER ACT. It felt forced. Cringey. My body tensed. Ever had that happen?

We don’t have to become a different person on stage, even in #tech. If loud is you, amazing. Be loud. If it’s not, stop trying to be something you’re not.

Things I teach my tech public speaking clients:

1. Quiet authenticity is loud. I held a room softly for 45 minutes at #WCEH. It works. (Link in the P.S.)

2. Real life is interesting. Open your first 30 seconds with a bold, true line from your experience and you’ll get the audience's attention.

3. Impostor feelings are normal. You don’t need to overcompensate. You can shift out of it fast so it doesn’t run the show.

When confidence comes from within, you don’t need fake volume. I built a quick 2‑minute belief reset to make you feel confident, grounded, and real. Magnetically yourself.
