I personally* have been very happy and impressed with Kaiser Permanente so far (honestly, they're an order of magnitude better than any HMO in Massachusetts)

but...

...major fail in scheduling w/ gastro. Can only do via phone, not online, hold times are utterly ridiculous and when I left a message to get a call back, never did.

Brilliant. After being on hold this time for 20 minutes, someone answered, said "let me put you on a brief hold while I deal with a patient in front of me" and then after a few minutes the call hung up. 🤬
