Meet Ivar! He was scrapped when we moved to this new appartment before Christmas. But after a few months of baking with regular yeast both me and the rest of the family is begging for sourdough bread again. So, Ivar has been resurrected! He needs a few days to grow big and strong but by this time next week, we'll hopefully be snacking on sourdough bread fresh out of the oven!
