Breaking: the utter shitbag Aleksanteri #Kivimäki, who has shown no remorse for the theft and publication of tens of thousands of psychotherapy records in the #Vastaamo case has been set free today despite the obvious flight risk for the continuing court case.

Today, Finnish appeals court increased the sentence of #Vastaamo extortionist #Kivimäki by 8 months (to 83). He's still considered first-timer and will have to serve only half of the sentence.

However since Kivimäki was set free pending this decision, he has escaped Finland to an unknown foreign location.

Yeah they've published several short articles, each with its own set of details. Annoying. Also, with his jailing during the investigation and initial trial, he has already served most of the 41 months he'll have to serve - so if he returns to Finland for the rest of the sentence, he'll be at large again in no time at all. And we can guess what happens then...
