On section 18, you provide no obligation on your part to even inform the users on updates to the terms.

@ChunkieRamos @ente Well, if you're in the EU these terms are pretty useless since the courts have already forbidden forced arbitration. They're also required to share updates to terms or they won't be binding. Microsoft is actually being sued for that right now.

Plus, if you file suit, what are they gonna do? Not show up? They'll still have to put in the time and effort defending the forced arbitration.
