So hypothetically anyone totally independently and without contact, advise, recommendation, or even knowledge of the union could put in a few applications and maybe schedule a few interviews and conveniently forget about them.

@jonny typically, you don't apply to specific companies through Robert Half. You get signed up with them, and they contact you when they have work you qualify for (if they ever do). Signing up with them will have zero impact on the strike.

WGSU's time won't be wasted at all, unless you just happen to be assigned as a possibility to work there.

Y'all do realize that temp workers are paid by the temp agency, right? Not by the company who gets temp workers from the agency.

Waste Robert Half's time, by all means, but don't assume it'll have any effect on WGSU or the strike.

The time wasting is when the temp agency thinks they are sending a worker to a place and it turns out that actually nobody is going there. Like its not as elegant as the king soopers, Fred Meyer, or sbwu cases where we just directly brought down their ability to hire scabs, but sand in the scab pipeline is not pointless to do.
