Lots of discounted games on Steam right now for Next Fest, which goes to March 2. I just got 11 games for less than $20 total. Gotta love Steam, man 😂

@jake4480 games to never be played I presume?
@Htbaa hahaaa naw now with the Deck, I'm gonna try and play these, for sure - I try to be super picky, I only grab things I plan on playing right away. If it excites me, etc. That's how I keep that backlog lower. Now, FINISHING it? That's a whole other story hahaha

@jake4480 I’d rather call it a library! And with what I have now I’ll probably never finish that library in my lifetime. At least it sparkles some joy eh?

But yeah I also only try to buy what I intend to play immediately. But usually a great sale for a game that I want pops up and I buy it, even though I won’t be getting to it anytime soon.

@Htbaa ha! So true. Yeah, I definitely have ones I haven't gotten to and are sitting (Skylines) haha - some like, take more in-depth focus and research? Like that one. I was gonna try to do a super-realistic futuristic city, based on some real city planning, etc. That kind of thing. But usually I just wanna shoot and hack. Those are my kinds of games haha. Twin sticks, roguelikes and shootemups (or arcade stuff) I really play most. I always think I'll enjoy sidescrollers or platformers, but I rarely do.

@jake4480 I enjoy playformers and side scrollers, but usually for a couple of levels per session.

As a kid I really liked games like Roller Coaster Tycoon and SimCity. But for years now I can’t really be bothered. Did get those games a couple of years ago and did one or two games, then I’m done. I guess it’s okay to enjoy them like that as well.

Most of my Steam library is untouched. I’m not a PC gamer and/or most came with Humble bundles and the likes of that.

@jake4480 last year I did enjoy Constructor HD a lot! That’s a tough game but very fun!
@Htbaa oh wow Constructor HD.. hadn't even heard of that.

@jake4480 I remembered that game from a buddy who had it on PSOne. I doubt he understood how it worked, we were like twelve or something.

It’s an incredible time sink and really requires learning all the game systems. So addictive! At one point I decided I shouldn’t play it anymore because of that haha. Also if you go game over there’s a very funny ending movie. The game has a lot of personality to it.
