I just found it in the Play Store. Search for the app’s name, “Nearby Glasses.”

It looks like it’s just looking for BT MAC addresses and if they look like they’re from Meta a warning pops up. As soon as Meta starts obfuscating their MACs this app will be made useless. Don’t get your hopes up and it won’t work for glasses that don’t advertise a BT MAC.
