@12thRITS Oh man, If you can manage a day trip, or work it into a different trip, do see this beast. I saw it in Hearne, Texas a couple of years ago. It is amazing seeing it as a working locomotive. And it is just huge. The drive wheels are, let's see, 5' 8" tall. Giants roamed the earth, man.
@freemancrouch I went on two fan trips behind CB&Q #5632 years ago, and it was glorious, particularly on the photo run-bys.
