Hey security fans! Looking for a new #passwordmanager? Bitwarden has you covered.

For more info visit:  https://bitwarden.com/help/import-data/

@bitwarden are you using code generated by LLM, aka the hallucination machines? If so, why?
@blotosmetek @bitwarden Are you a software developer and do not use any LLM for coding? Why not?
@phalanx @bitwarden I am a sysadmin, not a developer, but I occasionally write code. As for "why not" part, I am too lazy to write a long answer, so I just give you keywords:
quality
security
efficiency
ethics
LLMs lack all of the above.

@blotosmetek @bitwarden Quality and security can improve, if you use tools like Copilot as another review layer, not as the sole source of code input.

Efficiency has gone up since my team started to use it and I think any developer who refuses to work with those tools will have a hard time in a few years.

You still need developers with solid experience though.

@bitwarden And even Bitwarden doubled their prices 🤪🫣

@Marknl Hi there, the Bitwarden individual plan is $1.65 a month, or $19.80 a year, and for those who prefer, the free plan coupled with the standalone Bitwarden Authenticator app provides everything you need to get started.

Let us know if you have any specific feedback you want shared with the team.
