‘Echt’ means ‘real/genuine’, but these are not the same as ‘Original Salzburger Mozartkugeln’ made by Herbert Fürst. However, Fürst’s ancestor may have been making Mozart balls after Rudolf Baumann first did so (his successor company Confectionery Josef Holzermayr still makes them).
