Ok, so, for real this time… tomorrow is my first #colonoscopy. I hate writing #colonoscopy but hey, what are ya gonna do?
I’m glad I triple checked my appointment this time!
Also, State of the Union speech is tomorrow, and I’d rather have a colonoscopy than watch that.
*Update: So, everything went well. It was a real nice nap. One quarter-sized polyp removed. They’re sending it for testing but it didn’t look too angry in the photos so I’m hoping it’s benign!
All the best and good luck with it - for better or worse I've had three or four now (medical issue meant I had first at 40) and it's a great feeling of relief to come out the other side all clear.
Heh, well-spotted! I couldn't resist a little levity, and yes, hope all's clear.
(FWIW, my first time they found three benign polyps (pretty common) and removed them while I was already under, second time they found two more and did same, then the last time I was 100% clear, which was weird but good - must be doing something right these days. 😉)
