Do you remember book about level 5 leaders? Still a level 4 leader. That's one that's #effective but very heavily self dependent and the organization #reflects that dependency. America didn't train level five. We trained level four. Personalities. We are stuck on fucking entertainment.
Level 5 #leadership in my mind matches the 12 #traditions of #recovery organizations. It just says that there is a #mission and #guiding #principles and that that is the whole truth. The concepts are more important than any individual. Anybody can do the jobs. We need #civics training and #rotation.
