Im in small town.
Only 400 people, it’s on one of the Major Arteries going to Pittsburgh. We do what we can. I thought about framing our old protest signs and Hang them on our windows of our brownstone. wall Art.
My area is super red trumper county. 😮💨.
They accept me, the ironic Part is they Like my foreign Partner better because she masks Neurotypical smile at them.
I also challenged everyone around me.
Lets talk about the problems without Talking about the any political Party.
I told them you can remove the politicians from the Problem and it’s something we can talk about the Problem without escalation with humility.
It helps to Bridge the gap and they respect the fact that I m Talk about issues without disrespecting them personally. I told them it’s silly for us to fight we are neighbors First.
Not one has disrespected that locally and its far easier to get real collab work done.
Not to mention I made some Friends and brought more to our cause!
Our diversity Council is expanding we have a couple hundred regular protesters.
We are one of the poorest counties in PA.
