@hub Only a rumour for now! Québec Solidaire has voted to change their bylaws (or bend, rather, to make an exception) to allow Boulerice to join them if he wants.

There has been a rumour for a good while that the Federal NDP have been ignoring Alexandre Boulerice. I'm not surprised at all by this move and I keep running into him at demos and manifs!
