I was just yelled at by a driver for not using a pavement while walking wirh a baby in a stroller. He drove away before I could explain myself:
I would use pavement only if there was room on it. These traffic signs are every 20m, all nicely placed so I can't pass by with a stroller.

@stepan As long as you're on the walk, it would be funny to place them on their proper place (road), wouldn't it?
@stepan proc ubirat misto motoristum, kdyz ty znacky muzeme nasrat na chodnik, ze jo... tohle nepochopim. Achjo.

@stepan Even without such traffic signs, people with strollers also frequently use the road on our street.

Sidewalk is in bad shape, often interrupted by driveway curbs and blocked by parked cars. Hard to use for walking. Even harder if one has stroller or wheelchair.

@phanecak Yes, that's another problem. That's also true here. Down the street the sidewalk has such sideway incline, that the stroller is practically unsteerable - it just turns down the slope back to the rode.
