@katzenberger @EugeneMcParland If you mean proceedings for breach of Treaties, the "proposal" isn't overdue, the Commission opened it in 2018. But the Commission doesn't run the EU and has no authority to sanction a member state by freezing its veto. Guess who does have that authority and who's been blocking a vote since 2018?
