Sometimes I dig around my digital art files to see if there‘s anything valuable on the hidden layers and sometimes I find a reaaaaaally funny derpy sketch

#MastoArt #Sketch #SketchVsFinal

That being said, I love making enamel pins but man I hate the file preparation. Pantones, vectors, measuring sizes, leaving large enough gaps for enamel to be filled, being maximally annoying about the particular way I want some effects.
It‘s a lot of work and also costs a ton of money, but I can‘t help it, I love the shiny version of my art :D
@doombloomart Everyone has their "weakness" when it comes to "too much work" to keep it going :P (not even sure if this sentence makes any sense lol)
@ntoyohito no idea what you mean tbh :p
@doombloomart Sometimes there's too much work and fuss over one thing we need to do, but we do it anyway, because we love doing it :)
@ntoyohito Uhhh in this particular case it‘s part of my business on top of it so not sure if that applies :D
@doombloomart This combines two of the things I find most adorable: mushrooms and cats. It's perfect.
@Bel_tamtu I have more where that came from :D thank you for the kind words and glad you enjoy it 🥰

@doombloomart I love to see the process, coming from the idea "put a mushroom hat on top of a kitten" the final "cutesy character in a dynamic pose".

For me this is really what makes human art so valuable and human. There is the spark of an idea, a process and a finished product.

Thank you for sharing not only the smoothed out version.

@sibylle Thank you for your kind words! I have some more of those and I can share them in the coming days :>
