Today was a good day for my neglected Debian boxes:

✅ stretch 😱 ➡️ buster ➡️ bullseye ➡️ bookworm ➡️ trixie (yeah, I know)
✅ buster ➡️➡️➡️ trixie
✅ buster ➡️➡️➡️ trixie
✅ buster ➡️➡️➡️ trixie
❌ buster ➡️➡️➡️ ☠️ (some remote raspberry pi)
✅ bullseye ➡️➡️ trixie
✅ bookworm ➡️ trixie
✅ bookworm ➡️ trixie
✅ bookworm ➡️ trixie

Still got three bookworm boxes to go.

@ge0rg I also had an ancient stretch box (well LXC container) sitting around at home and decided that it was easier to just rebuild it from scratch.

You would have had to go through archive.debian.org for buster and bullseye, wouldn't you?

@23n27 Yeah! The stretch box was a former prod server (also LXC) that I wanted to repurpose, and where I don't have backplane access, so I used archive.debian.org. Most of the buster boxes were raspberries, so I just YOLO-dist-upgraded to bullseye without the latest buster packages - and it worked.
