WyoFile reports the #pluginpv draft legislation in #Wyoming (House Bill 14) that would have cleared issues around #balconysolar died on the committee stage.

Apparently (unfounded) safety concerns such as overheating wires or #linemen getting zapped (a special American fear) stopped the legislation.

But the Republican committee chair thinks “there’s nothing prohibiting the use of them” (right now).
