@jolla for me the issue is I relay on some Android apps that require nfc and bluetooth, had you fixed the issue then I would have seriously considered

@aho @jolla Jolla is soon publishing the bluetooth support for AAS and they have mentioned similar solution could make the NFC work. Maybe in the (hopefully not that distant) future, we will see. Currently there is already workaround for bluetooth, but non for NFC

@jolla not being in Europe, is it still possible for me to join in on this? Or should I wait for a reseller to reach my region with one in the future? Switched my backup phone from a windows phone to sailfish in December and I am loving it despite not being the target market and my usual aversion to Linux

@jolla greate idea. But is it guaranteed, that it works with my dkb banking app of dkb, is nfc working for mobile payment? And why only 5 years software support? Look at google, samsung ... with 6 years++ Or is grapheneOS the better option?

@djbiker @jolla dkb as in Danske Bank? The banking app itself works (Mobiilipankki here in Finland) but Danske ID doesn't. Have to get one of those TOTP things from Danske Bank.

The alternative would be Jolla reporting to apps that pin code locking is enabled, that is the only issue preventing newer releases from working. Older ones before they did that check no longer work (as me how I know 🫠).
