I made tofu? Out of hemp? Then turned it into saag tofu? I'm still baffled that this happened. I'd never even made tofu before.

@clew Mostly neutral but a little more flavor than regular tofu. It fried up with a bit of a springy texture. It was really nice.

@earthtoneone I always remember you said one time you needed milk at an office and you ended up making it out of cashews or something

@phoopee3 Cookies! We had flaxmeal, peanut butter, and sugar packets in the pantry. Weighed the ingredients on a postage scale and baked in the toaster oven. 😆
