DONALD TRUMP said today that he is "absolutely ashamed" of the Supreme Court justices who ruled against him in the tariffs case. He called the justices in the majority "disloyal to the Constitution." He said he couldn't care less whether justices in the majority attend his State of the Union address. He called the plaintiffs in this case "sleazebags." This is very odd behavior for a president of the United States. Nothing about it is normal. Trump's mind has been in decline and this is just the latest example. It is likely to get worse.
