Dear people of the Fediverse, does anyone know name and artist of the song in this video?

I am absolutely in love with the tune, and my partner hums it constantly. Particularly when planning mischief or sneaking up on our cats.

I'd love to sneakily set it as our morning alarm, but my search has been fruitless so far.
