Feb. 20 is the birthday of legendary writer Dwayne McDuffie. McDuffie was a prolific writer and producer of #comics and #superhero animation, and is most remembered for creating the superhero #Static as a flagship character of Milestone comics.
McDuffie passed away in 2011, but his legacy is impossible to capture. His work has been hugely influential to me, and I hope others will learn about him and keep his memory strong.
