The Lyoness Trilogy by Jack Vance, a convoluted story about war, politics, and world domination.
Fey time shifting is integral to the plot and it has some of the best fey fiction I've ever read, and I read a lot of fey fiction.
Jack Vance came in on the end of the golden age with novels like The Last Castle, To Live Forever, and The Dying Earth (featuring Cugel the Clever). He continued writing until he died in 2013.
Of course it counts. You don't think I meant literature written by fey. Everyone knows they're too mercurial to finish a novel.
