As someone who is generally abysmal at making pancakes, I am very glad to have been introduced to Austrian Kaiserschmarrn - a purposefully ripped-up pancake - a few weeks before Pancake Day.

We swapped the traditional toppings with banana, salted caramel sauce and vanilla ice-cream.

Dinner is already set for tonight, but maybe this can be a stretch goal?
