Anyone who understands the Indian psyche will immediately tell you this line of thinking does not work in #India.

India WAS already heavily into trains & buses, and it was a #micromobility haven with bikes, motorcycles, rickshaws, and other low energy vehicles, but that was deemed #ThirdWorld until highways and cars took over
