For us too.

We went 2017, 2018 and 2019 to Iceland (always in autumn).

During our first stay we couldn't go to the South of Iceland due to the weather. But in 2018 and 2019 we went from the HafnarfjΓΆrΓ°ur-Region to the South. And this beach was a highlight indeed.
