Why might anyone want to boost my work here or on LinkedIn?

Some for instances? You might want to introduce your network to @diana 's work, via an extremely useful quote. When women are quoted, we don't just introduce their important work to our networks, we do so in a way that lends some cred, because it's highlighted, amplified, given a new context where they are seen making a _valued_ contribution to the field's discourse.

Likewise, if you want to introduce Mary Parker Follet's work to your colleagues or network, and indicate its relevance still today, you could point to:
What about?? Yeah, yeah, we also get Russell Ackoff, John Gall and Donella Meadows on a page :)

Some of the folk whose work is mentioned or quoted in https://www.ruthmalan.com/systems/2025SystemDesignOverview.pdf, who are here:

We have been watching through Studio Ghibli movies. Several are rewatches, but it was the first time I’d seen Pom Poko and what is so striking is how much it’s about different characters stepping into moments of leadership (and following) and all contributing (variously; to folly too)… There isn’t just one (or two) focal leader(s).
@RuthMalan yes! The flow of Pom Poko is delightful
