TevinIt is amusing that the press is hyping a "SaaSpocalypse" and a "software apocalypse" caused by AI, yet anything based on a proprietary LLM is both SaaS and software, that includes ChatGPT and Claude with all their features.
Assuming that pure hardware-based LLMs exist, software remains essential, as long as we don't go back to the steam age or pure analog computing.
