Added a feature to Tag Hierarchy Manager that lets you add multiple tags in one go.

Also the more I use Avalonia, the more I like it tbh. It's got some weirdness but it's very quick to get a UI thing going.
I don't feel like I need to try and bodge something in to get my intended behaviour.
