This just seems mindbogglingly insulting. Certain members of #Congress are statutorily required to report on any death in custody. The report on #Pretti from #ICE / #CBP doesn't answer most questions that only they, the investigating body, can answer. They have fenced out any other investigator and they essentially tell Congress what the questions, which_they_are_not_answering, are...
